Service Description
Does 90 days seem to be a long time between visits? Do you need someone to keep you accountable and on the right path? A support visit might be just what you need to keep you moving ahead. This may be a phone call or virtual visit. Please indicate your preference
Cancellation Policy
Payment for the service is required when booking the appointment Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to comply will result in a $50 non-refundable charge. If you would like to have a virtual appointment please indicate this with the booking in the messages. (Not available for Annual Exam visit)
