The Stelo Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) provides accurate and real-time glucose monitoring for effective glucose management. This offering includes the visit for insertion and the device only; a package with additional support is also available for those seeking comprehensive assistance. Radial Shockwave Therapy is a non-invasive treatment designed to provide effective pain relief and promote faster recovery. This therapy utilizes acoustic waves to target affected areas, supporting improved mobility and reduced discomfort. A consultation with a Nurse Practitioner is required prior to scheduling to ensure suitability and optimal treatment outcomes. Visit is 20 minutes $35.00
