Service Description
A yearly exam which may include a pap smear and other testing. This is a time for women to have a head-to-toe examination. So many times this exam is abbreviated...not here. Thyroid, lymph, skin, heart, lungs, abdomen, breasts, speculum exam with testing if needed or desired. (pap smear, STDs, and bloodwork) Ordering of dexa scans and mammograms. Referrals as needed This is a 45 minute visit designed for you to have the ability to discuss your health concerns and a comprehensive physical exam.
Cancellation Policy
Payment for the service is required when booking the appointment Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to comply will result in no reimbursement of the cost of the visit. If you would like to have a virtual appointment please indicate this with the booking in the messages. (Not available for Annual Exam visit)
