This visit is for women needing a head-to-toe physical exam which may include STI testing, PAP smear, breast exam , and bloodwork.  This visit does not include hormone/G-I or other functional medicine testing.  This is a comprehensive assessment.  If you feel like you would like to have a chaperone for this exam, please bring a trusted person with you for your visit.  This visit is scheduled for 45 minutes and costs $175.  Testing is not covered in the cost of the exam.  Insurance will cover pap smears/mammograms and bloodwork, EXCEPT for Medicare and Medicaid.
