Follow up restorative wellness visit
This appointment is for follow-up after the initial 90 visit
Service Description
As we heal part of the body, other parts come looking for attention as well. A fairly quick evaluation will help us know what needs to be done to continue on the wellness journey. We will re-evaluate the symptoms, retest or test what needs testing to make the plan work better for you.
Cancellation Policy
Payment for the service is required when booking the appointment Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to comply will result in a $50 non-refundable charge. If you would like to have a virtual appointment please indicate this with the booking in the messages. (Not available for Annual Exam visit)
