Service Description
We find that people sometimes are involved in health care that is confusing and that they are lacking a clear understanding of what their plan of care is or what it should be. We will review your labwork, sonogram/xray and other information and will offer clarification and questions to ask at the next health care appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Payment for the service is required when booking the appointment Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to comply will result in no reimbursement of the cost of the visit. If you would like to have a virtual appointment please indicate this with the booking in the messages. (Not available for Annual Exam visit)
